    Amazing hotel with excellent wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness centre. I remember how the staff helped me find local dining options on my first visit. I highly recommend checking out the bar/lounge area for a great time. I'm coming back for Christmas.

    Great and excellent hotel located right by beautiful Cucuta as well as Cucuta. Outstanding and amazing food. Brand-new and reasonably large room with amazing beds. Excellent service and excellent value. Perfect and excellent location in the middle of jackson, and 5 minute walk from Santander Park.

    Not so helpful staff!

    The room was brand new and wicked spacious. I really appreciated the car service set up before I got there-my driver was super chill and friendly. The shopping and dining close by couldn't have been better for my needs. The staff had it together, but the Wi-Fi needed some work. Can't forget that!

    Great location near Ventura Mall

    The staff were attentive. The spacious room was clean and modern.

    The breakfast options could use improvement. While there were many choices, the flavors didn't impress and the selection felt a bit basic for a hotel of this caliber.

    Great location near the Ventura shopping mall and multiple dining options. The room featured a large, modern bathroom and the beds were very comfortable. Staff efficiency shined through, especially from Sra. Sirley Rios and her team at the front desk. The rooftop pizza restaurant provided a fantastic vibe and the views were amazing. Still, I had issues with the breakfast service. The food selection felt a bit basic and the scrambled eggs sometimes had egg shells in them. The air conditioning in the dining area was lacking.

    It was just a decent option for a flash visit in Cucuta with all in all great value for money. The room was neat and comfortable, and the location made getting around the city super easy. Check out the rooftop pizza place for a nice evening view.

    Great spot near shopping!

    The location was perfect, right next to a mall and tons of food places. The rooftop pizza spot was awesome for those night views. The room was comfy, but the AC could be a bit noisy at night. Dinner was a little pricey for what you got, though.
